CMI have been approached by Buckinghamshire Council to design and facilitate a workshop of senior directors to help them understand and work through a range of options for key finance and HR systems.

The two day event, to be held in High Wycombe at the end of September, will be used to inform a business case to secure authorisation and funding to support the next stages of the project. CMI Director, Darren Marshall said “We are delighted to be working with the Resources team again. Working with such a great team of people is what makes our job so enjoyable”
