Selected by leading, change management firm ‘AMEO’, CMI’s Darren Marshall provided targeted support to the Council’s Programme Management Office. Darren said, ‘Representing AMEO to work on this fast-paced programme gave us a chance to showcase our experience across a diverse range of issues. The final weeks of the project saw us face the challenge of working through the Coronavirus lockdown. We supported our client remotely via video conferencing and other digital apps in order to get critical activity across the line’.
