Design and Project Management Consultants CEL International Ltd. appointed CMI Synergy to help manage the refurbishment of a quality control laboratory in line with GlaxoSmithKline’s Flexilab standard.

A design and installation plan was necessary to simultaneously meet the challenges of maintaining the existing Lab’s operations whilst CMI and CEL delivered the business case, design and plan (which satisfied the brief) plus the budget. CMI managed the procurement process which followed and appointed the main suppliers to continue the project.
